Laundry pods, explained

Laundry pods (also called detergent capsules or liquid tabs) are pre-measured doses of concentrated liquid detergent sealed in a water-soluble film. Drop one in the drum, add your clothes and start the wash. The film dissolves and releases the detergent where it's needed. No measuring cups, no spilled powder, no sticky bottle caps.

Why switch from powder or liquid detergent?

How to use laundry pods

Front load or top load: put one pod in the empty drum, add clothes on top and run your usual cycle. Semi-automatic: fill the wash tub with water, let the pod dissolve for about a minute, then add clothes. Use two pods for an extra-large or heavily soiled load. Never put a pod in the detergent drawer.

Do laundry pods work in cold water and hard water?

Yes. The film dissolves in cold and normal cycles, and the formula is made to clean in hard water, which is common across India.
