Everyday washing
How do I use an Intelli Pod?
Drop one pod into the empty drum first, add your clothes on top, then start the machine. Never put a pod in the detergent drawer — it needs the water in the drum to dissolve.
How many pods per load?
One pod for a regular 8–10 kg load. Two for an extra-large machine or a heavily soiled load.
Will it dissolve in a cold or quick wash?
Yes. The film is 100% water-soluble and dissolves in cold and normal cycles. If you ever see residue, the drum was overloaded — leave room for the clothes to move.
Does it work in every washing machine?
Yes: front load, top load and semi-automatic. In a front or top loader, put the pod in the empty drum before your clothes. In a semi-automatic, fill the wash tub with water, drop in the pod and let it dissolve for about a minute before adding clothes. Pods aren't meant for hand washing.
Do I still need fabric softener?
No. Every pod is 3-in-1: detergent, stain remover and softener, plus Scent-Burst fragrance.
Is it safe for coloured and delicate clothes?
Yes for everyday colours and darks. For silk, wool and anything marked hand-wash only, follow the garment's care label.

Handling pods at home
Are pods safe around children?
Keep pods out of reach of children at all times. They contain concentrated detergent. The pouch is resealable and child-resistant — reseal it after every use. If a pod is swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
What if a pod bursts on my skin or in my eyes?
Skin: rinse well with water. Eyes: flush with water for several minutes and remove contact lenses. Seek medical help if irritation persists.
How should I store them?
In a cool, dry place, in the original pouch, sealed. Moisture makes pods stick together, so handle them with dry hands.
What is the shelf life?
18 months from the manufacturing date printed on the pack.

Getting your pods
Which pack should I buy?
New to pods? Start with the 10-pod pack at ₹212, about ₹21 a wash. Washing most days? The 30-pod pouch is the best value, at under ₹18 a wash, and ships free.
What does shipping cost?
Free on orders of ₹399 and above, so the 20 and 30-pod packs ship free. Below that it's a flat ₹49.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days from Kolkata. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your pin code. You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS when your order ships.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship within India only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before it's dispatched. WhatsApp or email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If something goes wrong
My pack arrived damaged or leaking.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the damaged pack back.
Can I return an opened pack?
For safety and hygiene reasons, no — unless the product was faulty on arrival. Unopened, sealed packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show the credit.
